Hi! I'm Bekah, owner and photographer at Copper Sky Photography. I live in midtown Tulsa with my husband and our three year old daughter. Photography is my art form as well as my job, and I absolutely love creating beautiful images for my clients to display in their home and enjoy forever. My photography style is very natural, and I love to capture the little details that might otherwise leave your memory if you didn't have them photographed.

The name Copper Sky is inspired by my favorite time of day to create images, the hour before sunset when the light softens into a beautiful coppery color and floods the landscape. I love working with natural locations and the gorgeous light of the sun.

Any parent knows the young years are fast and fleeting, and there are so many details we want to remember forever. My goal is to create images for my clients that capture those details in a beautiful way for you to cherish.

Before your session, we will meet or chat on the phone to plan your portraits! We will choose the perfect location, talk about wardrobe, and decide on the perfect day and time. This is an important part in making sure your photo session is the best possible experience from beginning to end. Plus it’s just fun! Feel free to let me know what your dream location is, what style you are envisioning, and any questions or concerns you may have. If you have no vision or location in mind, no worries! I have plenty of ideas and will work with you to design the perfect portrait session. After we plan your session, I will send you your session agreement to sign. At this point you will pay your session fee, and your session is officially booked!

Time for the fun part! Your portrait session will be up to an hour long. The exact time of a session varies depending on the amount of subjects and the location we choose.
During your photo session, I will be giving you lots of posing direction and ideas, so don't worry! Just relax, and enjoy the experience.

After your session, I will hand select and edit the each of the best images from the session. I put time into each and every photograph making sure it looks perfect. The editing process takes a total of 2-3 weeks. After the editing process is complete, the images will be uploaded into an online gallery, and you can choose your favorites. You will be able to download your images from the gallery, and you can choose to purchase additional prints and products if you wish.
